	本服務會記錄登載內容之異動資料，對於登載內容，本公司已以工商憑證(含正卡或授權之附卡)簽署，對於登載及異動內容均願意承擔所有法律效力與對應責任。

三、資料安全
	本公司了解本服務已盡力以安全可靠的技術及程序，保障登載資料之安全，避免遭第三者攔截或修改，此外，在網際網路上傳送登載資料，本公司知悉本服務係利用SSL加密保護資料傳輸。
