	登載事項如含有虛偽不實、不雅之內容，導致社會大眾誤解、造成他人財產損失或名譽受損，本公司自負相關刑事與民事責任。
	本服務會記錄登載內容之異動資料，對於登載內容，本公司已以工商憑證(含正卡或授權之附卡)簽署，對於登載及異動內容均願意承擔所有法律效力與對應責任。

三、資料安全
	本公司了解本服務已盡力以安全可靠的技術及程序，保障登載資料之安全，避免遭第三者攔截或修改，此外，在網際網路上傳送登載資料，本公司知悉本服務係利用SSL加密保護資料傳輸。
	本公司暸解本服務對使用者個人資料收集，謹遵守中華民國「電腦處理個人資料保護法」之規範，除法律特別規定或經使用者同意外，本服務不會蒐集使用者個人資料。

	揭露事項如含有個人資料、營業秘密、虛偽不實、違反善良風俗或侵害他人合法權利等內容，導致社會大眾誤解、造成他人財產損失或名譽受損，本有限合夥自負相關法律責任。
	自行揭露服務會記錄揭露內容之異動資料，對於揭露內容，本有限合夥已以工商憑證簽署，對於揭露或異動內容，本有限合夥均願意承擔所有法律效力與對應責任。本有限合夥瞭解並同意登載事項若有上開情事，「經濟部商工入口網」自行發現、經其他有權機關通知、民眾檢舉或經任何方式知悉後，得逕予關閉頁面或刪除一部或全部登載事項內容，本有限合夥若有疑義，應自行洽主管機關、權利人或司法機關尋求爭議解決，不得對「經濟部商工入口網」主張任何權利。

	本有限合夥瞭解自行揭露服務得基於有限合夥違反本聲明書內容或權利人通知，採取移除有限合夥所自行揭露資料及其他必要措施。
